The client record becomes the workbench
Take payment, invoice, see missing waivers and undated courses: it all happens from the record, without switching screens.
The client record used to list. Now it works: courses are read person by person, the gap to the sliding scale is visible, and missing waivers appear along with the way to obtain them.
Invoicing happens from the record. When it is not possible, the button stays visible, greyed out, and says why — an impossible action explains itself, it does not disappear.
