A price that depends on the basket alone
The more courses a client books in one booking, the less each costs — and they know before paying.
In short
- The scale belongs to each activity: “5 courses = €180” sets the unit price for every volume from its own upward.
- The price depends only on the number of courses in the current booking — never on the client's history.
- The same rate applies online and at the counter; an admin can grant a discount or set a price, and the gap stays traced.

The scale, and nothing else
A price computed from everything a client did before is a price nobody can quote. Not the client, not the person at the counter. That is why history-based pricing was removed everywhere.
What remains is a public grid, readable upfront: the number of courses bought in the booking sets the unit rate, and the total is split to the cent across participants.
Conditional rates
Alongside the scale, a school can define rates that only apply under a condition — certain days, certain periods, or both, which combine. A weekend rate in low season is therefore expressible.
- The scale prices every volume from its own upward
- A conditional rate prices only itself, on an exact volume
- An admin discount or set price replaces the calculation, and shows
At a glance
- Basis of the calculation
- the basket alone, never the history
- When it is shown
- step 2 of the flow, before any commitment
- Online / at the counter
- the same rate, the same calculation
Frequently asked
Does the price go back up if a client cancels a course?
No. The agreed price stays. The admin adjusts by hand if they see fit.
Can prepaid courses still be sold?
Bundles sell courses without dates, to be placed later. Prepaid course packs are coming back very soon.
