Payment links can be tracked, resent and cancelled
Looking at a record showing “€45 to pay”, the school now knows whether a link was already sent, when, and whether it was paid.
A payment link went out and then vanished from sight: no way to know whether it was received, paid, or needed a reminder. Every link sent by the school is now listed on the client record.
- Amount, author, date and number of sends for each link
- Its status: pending, paid with the date, cancelled
- Resending sends the same link as the QR code, never a second one to pay
- Cancelling makes the link unusable at Stripe before calling it cancelled
- A bank refusal alerts the team by email, with the reason in plain words
