The waiting list gets its page
Everyone waiting shows in one place, with the course they are after, and a freed-up spot goes back to them automatically.
A full course no longer loses the client: they join the waiting list from the booking flow, and the school sees everyone waiting on a dedicated page.
When a spot frees up, it is offered automatically. The schedule now shows capacity first, so a course running over is spotted at a glance.
