Why prepaid credits are on hold
Two counters for the same course always ended up diverging. Prepaid will come back — on a base that can no longer lie.
A prepaid pack was a balance: sessions bought on one side, consumed on the other. Two counters for the same reality, and a gap that widened with every cancellation, every refund, every manual correction.
The model was removed. A booking now carries its own price, and that is the single source of truth. The sliding scale and bundles cover most of what prepaid brought: the volume rate, and sessions bought upfront without dates.
Prepaid course packs will be back very soon — this time with no second counter to reconcile.
