The morning screen, at the water's edge

Who is coming today, who has signed their waiver, who still owes money.

In short

  • The page lists the day's participants, person by person, with their level, their payment state and their waiver.
  • Taking payment and chasing a waiver both open from this page, without switching screens.
  • It is available to instructors, not only to the office.
Today's attendance: the courses, their participants, level, emergency contact and payment state

Built to be used standing up

Search tolerates accents and typos: a name heard at the water's edge is found even when misspelt. Courses with nobody in them are hidden, and each instructor is told apart by a colour.

Attendance is marked per person. A participant who has not paid, or whose waiver is missing, is visible at once — and the matching action is one gesture away.

What gets settled here

  • Mark someone present
  • Open the payment flow for an unpaid balance
  • Request an unsigned waiver again
  • See each participant's level before forming the groups

Frequently asked

Do instructors see the amounts owed?

They have access to the day's sheet and to the payment state of the participants they supervise.

What if a waiver's status fails to load?

The page shows a distinct “unavailable” state, rather than implying no signature exists.
