Instructors checked in, and an activity report for payroll
On the day's sheet, the school confirms an instructor gave their lesson; the report counts each instructor's lessons over a period.
Paying an instructor means knowing how many lessons they actually gave. The attendance sheet now lets you check the instructor in the way you check participants in, and change the instructor of a lesson from the same sheet.
- The instructor marked present on the lessons given, by an administrator
- The activity report: the number of lessons per instructor over the chosen period
- Lessons not checked counted separately, rather than assumed given
- The report reserved for administrators with the finance permission
