Notifications now go out by SMS too
Lesson cancelled, spot freed, the day-before reminder: what cannot wait now goes out by SMS, as an option, in the school's name.
A cancellation email because of the weather, read in the evening, arrives too late. SMS covers the messages that must be read in time: a booking confirmation, a lesson moved or cancelled, the lesson reminder and a spot freed on the waiting list.
The school opens its account with SMS Vert Pro and buys its credits there; they do not expire. In the application, SMS is set in the same table as emails, event by event.
- The reminder the day before, or one weekly summary: one message instead of five
- “Notify by SMS” when editing a lesson, with the number of messages shown
- Landline numbers set aside, every send logged with its reason
